Upstairs, the primary en suite bedroom offers a luxurious bathroom with separate shower, tub, and wardrobe, creating a private retreat. There’s also an office/guest room with a queen sofa bed and half bath. The lower level features a guest bedroom, media room, full bath, laundry, patio with BBQ, and direct pool access. Additional seating and lounging areas on the patio and pool deck complete this inviting sanctuary.

PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $500 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.

The entire house, except for the garage and a basement room, are available for your use.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is absolutely gorgeous. They spared no expense with the remodel. Extremely hard to find an Airbnb of this quality. The haus had such personality. It was a real pleasure to stay here. What a beautiful house in such a fun location! Very communicative and responsive to any questions. Melanie

The home was beautiful and just as described. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The whole outdoor area was like a private oasis. The interior was spacious and clean - lots of room for us to spread out. We felt right at home immediately. There are tons of great dining and bar options walkable right down the street and the area felt very safe - a nice neighborhood!<br/>I highly recommend! Camille
