• All guests must sign a rental usage agreement covering terms of stay. y signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. There is NO Charge to guests for this process This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• Cleaning fee of $350 (included in reservation total as of May 2025).
• Pet fee: $150 per stay.
• Any left-behind personal items incur a $50 convenience fee for return shipping.
• Commercial photography, filming, or social media content creation is prohibited without prior host approval.
• Parties or large group events are strictly prohibited per LA city law. Small gatherings may be approved with permission.
• EV charging is $30/day and must be requested at booking (billed through the platform’s Resolution Center).
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and grounds. The attic is for owner use only and is off limits to guests.

Exterior security cameras on property
Fantastic bungalow surprisingly walkable to Hollywood sites, while being beautifully furnished, cozy, and convenient at the same time. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative, and made the entire trip a breeze! Great place to stay. The home is in great condition, and the three king beds were perfect for our family. Everything was super clean and there were a lot of homey touches. Will definitely stay again when we need to be down in LA. Michelle

The house was perfect for our Christmas week here in LA! It was conveniently located near shops, cafes, and attractions, but still very quiet at night. With record rainfall we were lucky to be holed up in such a comfy house! The kitchen was so well stocked; it had everything we needed to make all our holiday meals. The beds were very comfortable too. We appreciated the coffee and other treats upon arrival, and Mac pup appreciated the enclosed yard, as he could run around to his heart's delight :0) Green Gables is an adorable Hollywood bungalow, just perfect for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to a friend or book another stay there- grazie!
