The space
Escape to a luxurious stay at this charming English cottage. Our property exceeds expectations with smart lock entry, privacy provided by a gated and hedged space, and lightning-fast wifi at 556 Mbps. Work productively in our dedicated workspace, relax in three queen bedrooms and one full bed loft, and refresh yourself in two full bathrooms. Our property is pet-friendly, boasts hardwood floors, central air and heat, and a vast backyard with two outdoor dining and seating areas. Unwind by the outdoor fireplace and park on-site or on the street for free, restrictions may apply so be sure to read all signs carefully. Located off the backyard is a small casita that has a brand new washer/dryer as well as a daybed and desk/chair.
Experience the best of Hollywood as our quiet neighborhood is within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl, Lake Hollywood, Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame, Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood & Highland, home of the Kodak Theater, and the Academy Awards. Grauman's Chinese Theater is located in the same complex. You will find some of Hollywood's hippest nightlife just blocks away but far enough to have peace and quiet on this residential street. We are a five-minute drive to all of Hollywood's major film studios, with daily studio tours and show tapings.
PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $250 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee ($100 /stay) is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and grounds. The back detached studio area is where the laundry is located along with a dedicated workspace.

Lovely property with a beautiful cozy vibe in a neighborhood close to all the action. But you would t know it, once inside the home it feels like you are away from all the hustle and bustle. The backyard is amazing with French doors that open from the kitchen and primary bedroom. The backyard gives the property a country cottage feel even though you are in the city. It is so peaceful and serene, perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or even wine at night, in a beautiful backyard with several seating areas. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure I had all the information to make checkin a breeze. Tons of goodies upon our arrival was a special treat. Will definitely return. We had a wonderful stay at the Holly Cottage home in the Hollywood Dell area. The location is fantastic and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The home was perfect for our family, the house had everything we needed; great location, great amenities and excellent service. Lisa and Deanna were very helpful and responsive when we needed a step stool to reach some higher cabinets, they delivered a step stool to the door within a day! We were so appreciative when we were able to extend for another day due to unforeseen events in our stay, they responded within an hour, which was great. The location is perfect for morning walks to the Hollywood lake reservoir and jog with lots of restaurants nearby for a quick drive or door dash delivery. Highly recommend this home and hosts! We had a wonderful stay at this home. We usually look for places with minimal illegal fireworks around Fourth of July since our dogs are sensitive to loud noises, and this location was perfect. Our dog remained calm the entire time, which made a huge difference for us. The home itself is beautifully designed—not just visually, but in terms of layout and functionality as well. The backyard is especially impressive and made for a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind at night. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and felt very safe for everyone. Beautiful home, easy 10 min walk to the Hollywood Bowl.
