The space
Welcome to our private and luxurious pet-friendly home, located in the heart of Los Angeles. The home is designed to perfection with a grand entrance, fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom, and glass walls surrounding the floating staircase that has a dramatic chandelier for dramatic optics. The private driveway can fit two cars.
The home has a total of five bedrooms, with four queen beds and one king bed. Upstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms and 2 have balconies. The central AC and heating are powered by two systems. The entire home has a built-in water filtration system and reverse osmosis for drinking water via a separate spigot in the kitchen. The backyard features a saltwater pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated on request for an additional fee of $100/day, a fire pit on the patio, a grill/BBQ, and a ping-pong table. You can stay connected with our free Wi-Fi and connect to the Sonos sound system via the Sonos app.

🛏️ Five spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer the ultimate in comfort, including two upstairs rooms with private balconies. Whether you’re staying in one of the four queen bedrooms or the king suite, every night promises a restful experience.
🚗 A private driveway, central HVAC, and a water filtration system create a space where convenience and care are top priorities. Nonpareil Stays is also available to ensure that every aspect of your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
🔥 Guests can also unwind by the fire pit or taking a refreshing dip in the heated saltwater pool.
PLEASE NOTE:
• All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
• Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $450 is included in reservation total.
• Pet fee ($150 /stay) is an additional charge
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
• Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all parts of the house with the exception of garage and locked owner closets.

Perfect location. East walking to many restaurants, shops and coffee spots. Communication was great. We had a great family reunion here for the holiday. Would definitely come back Daniel

Enjoyed our second stay at the Grand Escape. House has great vibes and it’s easy to relax and enjoy the place, including the many lounge spots and pool and hot tub. Also very easy to walk to our favorite spots all within a few blocks. Looking forward to visiting again. Jessica

Great place and friendly host! This home is truly a wonderful gem next to Beverly Hills.<br/>I booked this home as a staycation for myself and had some friends coming from New York. We wanted a place that was central to some of LA's most iconic restaurants, landmarks, and bars. This place fit the bill and above all was very safe. The home was actually so amazing we stayed in more than going out as it has the perfect chill ambience.<br/>The Airbnb is stunning in its interior design, furniture, and layout. You can tell this home was decorated by someone that truly cared about the living space. I opened the sliding door from the living room to the backyard and my friend quoted "This home is like the ones on Selling Sunset." All rooms had all the amenities you could ever need with more supplies in the laundry room. The pool area was excellent and all instructions for backyard usage was clearly explained in the owners manual. The hosts were very responsive to all my needs! <br/>5/5 I recommend you book this place.
