Loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and absolutely pristine and spotless inside. The pictures accurately describe the place and don’t even do justice to how large the place is The master bathroom and closet are the epitome of old world LA charm with a modern twist. I only wish the weather had been warmer so that we could have used their beautiful pool!

Really exceptional property. Went to dinner in WeHo, game at the rose bowl and a couple of family tourist attractions in LA and nothing was more than 15 minutes. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely visit again in LA!

Fantastic bungalow surprisingly walkable to Hollywood sites, while being beautifully furnished, cozy, and convenient at the same time. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative, and made the entire trip a breeze!

Deanna’s place was the perfect staycation for me and my girlfriend. The guesthouse was exactly as described and felt very peaceful and private, while being close to many great restaurants and LA experiences. Deanna was proactive in making sure we had a smooth stay with no surprises. We had a car with us, and they generously let us make use of their family driveway. Really appreciated the cozy space, comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches (fruit, yogurt, half & half already waiting for us in the fridge). Highly recommend!

La casa di Sruti è veramente bellissima, anche più che nelle foto! Era quello che cercavamo, un posto dove sentirsi come a casa. Deanna’s BnB is quite delightful!. It is well appointed in every way from linens to kitchen. The unit is homey and warm, the furniture comfortable and the outside seating area most inviting. We would definitely stay again as it is near family and therefore walk ability was a plus.

The house was perfect for our Christmas week here in LA! It was conveniently located near shops, cafes, and attractions, but still very quiet at night. With record rainfall we were lucky to be holed up in such a comfy house! The kitchen was so well stocked; it had everything we needed to make all our holiday meals. The beds were very comfortable too. We appreciated the coffee and other treats upon arrival, and Mac pup appreciated the  enclosed yard, as he could run around to his heart's delight :0)

Incredible location, a short hike up to Griffith observatory and short uber to great restaurants and bars. Beautiful large property on corner lot, and nice outdoor areas to hang out. The A/C was noisy at night next to one of the bedrooms which caused a little sleep disruption. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The rules are stated in a rather harsh fashion. And it would have been great to have a few wine glasses. Thanks for the stay great overall- would recommend!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is absolutely gorgeous.  They spared no expense with the remodel.  Extremely hard to find an Airbnb of this quality.  The haus had such personality.  It was a real pleasure to stay here.

Green Gables is an adorable Hollywood bungalow, just perfect for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to a friend or book another stay there- grazie!

Enjoyed our second stay at the Grand Escape.  House has great vibes and it’s easy to relax and enjoy the place, including the many lounge spots and pool and hot tub. Also very easy to walk to our favorite spots all within a few blocks. Looking forward to visiting again.

I loved how cute and cozy it was inside! I felt right at home and it was the perfect stay for an LA night out. Loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable. The host was amazing, very sweet and responsive. Also loved that I was able to get a Waymo!

Lovely little place with all that you need. Very comfortable bed and very quiet and peaceful. Deanna responded immediately to any questions and sorted a problem out same day. Good kitchen facilities and large fridge, very cosy tv area and outside seats to enjoy the sun. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, felt right at home. Walkable to Larchment Village for great restaurants, highly recommend.

Traveled to LA for the weekend after the music festival I was supposed to go too got canceled. So because of that me and my friends had a lot of free time which we spent at the house. Feels like I am at home back in the east coast. The house overall was amazing, the views outside made it 10x better. The hosts were amazing, answered all my questions in a very good time. The home was beautiful and just as described. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The whole outdoor area was like a private oasis. The interior was spacious and clean - lots of room for us to spread out. We felt right at home immediately. There are tons of great dining and bar options walkable right down the street and the area felt very safe - a nice neighborhood! I highly recommend!

Deanna and her co-hosts were so friendly and accommodating! I liked how she checked in with me to see if my guest and I needed anything. She was also very responsive with coordinating parking in her driveway. Her place is located near Koreatown, Universal Studios, and the Grove. All places that were on my list to visit! She also has AC and a backyard that my doggie enjoyed while my friend and I went out during the day. Thank you so much for your accommodations, I would definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend for family gatherings. We loved how each room had its own vibe — they all felt different and unique in the best way. Great location and loved the style of the home inside and out. Super clean and had all the amenities we needed and then some. Walking distance to the Walk of Fame, Griffith Park, a few grocery stores, etc. and short Ubers to other popular destinations. Hosts were super helpful, kind, responsive. This home is truly a wonderful gem next to Beverly Hills. I booked this home as a staycation for myself and had some friends coming from New York. We wanted a place that was central to some of LA's most iconic restaurants, landmarks, and bars. This place fit the bill and above all was very safe. The home was actually so amazing we stayed in more than going out as it has the perfect chill ambience. The Airbnb is stunning in its interior design, furniture, and layout. You can tell this home was decorated by someone that truly cared about the living space. I opened the sliding door from the living room to the backyard and my friend quoted "This home is like the ones on Selling Sunset." All rooms had all the amenities you could ever need with more supplies in the laundry room. The pool area was excellent and all instructions for backyard usage was clearly explained in the owners manual. The hosts were very responsive to all my needs! 5/5 I recommend you book this place.

The house was as described and per the photos. It's a great location; very central. Both Rana and his team were very responsive and of great assistance. We stayed 6 nights and felt very safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for your LA holiday.

This place is amazing! I did not know it’s three bedrooms and bathrooms in EACH and a guest bath. And if you utilize the little casita in the backyard it’s a fourth bedroom with a FIFTH bathroom. Plenty of room for privacy for 5 adults/couples. The house is so cute how it’s set up combining modern and vintage feels and in such an incredible neighborhood with big trees, a short walk to a gorgeous park and amazing neighbors with some of the most stunning houses I’ve ever seen. The outdoor spaces were perfect for entertaining or just enjoying coffee or cocktails. Our host was super responsive, had the house clean early that we could check in sooner and navigated any questions we had in an above and beyond fashion! Thank you so much!

Such a cool house and super nice hosts. Walkable to amazing food, cool interior and spacious courtyard. So many beds and bathrooms to choose from and comfy beds. TV and sound system were top notch. Would highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs in LA! Incredibly spacious (each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom!), beautiful pool area, all the amenities you could want, and central to the entire city. Best hosts and always willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The house is charming. It's both modern and still retains some of its original charm and character. The location is excellent. We easily reached Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and then checked out Santa Monica, which was about 35 minutes away.

Was it worth the money? 110%. This Airbnb was stunning from the minute we parked the car. Cute little tucked away neighborhood, with walkable restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect location. Great communication with host. We rented the back room for an extra fee and was totally worth it. One of the nicest airbnb I’ve stayed in. I only live about an hour away.. but this gives me a good excuse to come to Los Angeles more.

Serene light filled apartment  space with private entrance / balcony and stunning views over LA! Nestled into the  hills of Los Feliz the space has fantastic access to local shops , cafes , and theaters.  Griffith Parks amazing nature hikes, the Greek Theater and  the  Observatory are at the back door. Close to Hollywood and Silverlake, but without the bustle, you  can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and set , trees and birds all around. Stunning !

The owners live in the top portion of the house and have use of the drive way .Street parking is free and plentiful . We do not allow smoking inside , nor pets sorry .
