PLEASE NOTE:
⢠All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions.
⢠Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
⢠You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee.
⢠As of May 2025, the cleaning fee of $350 is included in reservation total.
⢠Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
⢠Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and grounds except for locked owner closets and garage.

November 2025
Traveled to LA for the weekend after the music festival I was supposed to go too got canceled. So because of that me and my friends had a lot of free time which we spent at the house. Feels like I am at home back in the east coast. The house overall was amazing, the views outside made it 10x better. The hosts were amazing, answered all my questions in a very good time. If I ever were to come back to LA and visit I know where Iâll be booking!!!
