The main house boasts a luxurious guest room with a king-size bed, as well as a serene primary bedroom featuring a California king bed that opens directly to the inviting pool and backyard. With two well-designed bathrooms, including an ensuite in the stylish TV room and another conveniently located in the hallway, this home is both practical and comfortable. The larger bathroom offers a relaxing tub and shower, while the smaller bathroom is equipped with a sleek shower.
The expansive backyard is a lush retreat, offering multiple areas for dining and lounging, ideal for hosting gatherings or enjoying peaceful moments in the sun. Additionally, the charming guest cottage adds to the home’s allure, featuring a versatile Resource Furniture queen Murphy bed, a cozy three-seater couch, a stylish dining table with chairs (perfect as a dedicated workspace), a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
- Guests will enjoy a welcome package from Nonpareil Stays upon arrival filled with mineral water, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola bars along with Lifeboost coffee.
- Any stay over 30 days requires a mid-stay clean. Cleaning will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and will be invoiced separately.
- The pool/spa heater is $120/per day.
- There is tandem driveway parking for 2 cars as well as 2 laminate parking passes. If passes are lost, there's a $75/pass replacement fee.
- Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
- Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.View More

Nina's place is beautiful and our stay was perfect! Such a wonderful experience for our family of four. The interior design was gorgeous, Nina has impeccable taste. The layout of the house was conducive to spending time with friends and family. Our family rented for a month and our teenagers have since asked for us to relocate to L.A. and rent Nina's house permanently. Ha! We all enjoyed our time at Nina's home, definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences. The backyard is wonderful, a private, pretty, and peaceful environment, an extension of the beautiful house. <br/>Nina is a lovely and attentive host, responsive and flexible. She went out of her way to do all she could to make our stay a positive experience, she even purchased brand-new linens for the master bedroom. Speaking of which, I love the linens in all of the bedrooms, the towels were luxurious as well. <br/>Nina feels more akin to a friend than a typical host, truly, we only communicated via text but she is a special person. Nina was very helpful and always on hand for anything we needed :) she was super accommodating and made the stay great. Her place is charming and so inspiring. We loved our stay, thank you!
