The space Luxury Duplex in Mid City - centrally located. Relax in the comfort of two spacious and stunning bedrooms, primary with king bed and guest queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, including a Viking refrigerator and freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, and a KitchenAid 6-burner stove top. You'll find an LG washer and dryer available for your convenience. Entertain yourself with two Samsung Smart TVs featuring 58" and 55" screens, respectively. The property is fully fenced and gated, and you will have one on-site parking space (for an additional fee.) There is also plenty of free street parking available. PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee ($600/mid-stay & checkout cleanings) is included in reservation total. Any stays over initial 30-day period will require bi-weekly cleanings. Cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and payment will be requested through the Resolution Center on platform. • Pet fee ($300 /stay) is an additional charge • Monthly parking ($200 /month) is an additional charge • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • Our Cancellation Policy is FIRM. This means you're entitled to a Full refund at least 30 days before check-in and a Partial refund 7-30 days before check-in. What a lovely and beautiful home! I absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere, the furniture, the vibe and the way the management company handled everything is just great! I highly recommend it! Definitely gonna stay there again
