Your serene Silverlake Hillside Retreat awaits ✨ PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $/£500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee ($200/mid-stay & checkout cleanings)is included in reservation total. This home requires bi-weekly cleanings. Cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and payment will be requested through the Resolution Center on platform. • Stay will require an additional signature on a simple rental agreement. See image in photos and a digital copy will be emailed for signature once you book. • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. Guest access Guests first access the lockbox via a shared gated courtyard and then gain access to the patio and entrance to the Nook via a private security gate and down the well-lit staircase. During your stay, you will have sole access to the studio, including the private use of the outdoor deck area specific to your space. Please keep in mind, that there are two other units in the building: one above you and one on the other side of the building. All places have their own entrances and are completely private from one another. Other things to note When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. There are 2 private patios - one for the nook and one for the resident tenant in the upper unit. Please keep to the Nook's area only. Due to serene and quiet surroundings please plan work-related meetings, and social gatherings/parties, off the property and avoid cell phone conversations outdoors. Thanks. Charging of EV vehicles is not permitted on-site. Please use one of the many local EV Charging Stations. Thanks. There is a strict non-smoking policy both inside and outside the Nook, including on the deck, side stairs, and entrance courtyard. Smoking is only permitted outside the gated entrance on the street. Despite being nestled in the hills a short stroll will get you to local establishments like LAMILL Coffee, Alimento, L&E Oyster Bar, The Silver Lake House (by Leila Thai), and Botanica Restaurant and Market, as well as Sunset Junction nearby. Casa pulitissima e ordinata. È stato molto facile interagire con le proprietarie che sono state sempre molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima a 10 min a piedi da Silverlake Blvd dove ci sono negozi, bar e ristoranti. <br/>Il terrazzino dove mangiare o rilassarsi è meraviglioso.

My son stayed at the "nook" for his month-long internship in L.A., and overall he's satisfied with the stay. It's a small flat, but comes with all necessary amenities, though no A/C if it gets warm weather-wise (it didn't, during his stay). The location is convenient, close to my son's work, and all that Silver Lake/Echo Park has to offer, though walks can be long and hilly. The external gate lock stopped working one day, but the hostess Deanna was there within 20 minutes to get it working again, and had a locksmith come the next day to resolve the issue for good. Deanna is also one of the most responsive hostesses that I've experienced in my years of renting on Aribnb - she's excellent! Thanks for a very good stay, pretty much exactly what my son (we) needed.

They were nice and easy to get ahold of. The space is small, nook is a fair description. It didn’t end up fitting my needs this time. Lovely view. A bit on the pricey side for what it is
