Before You Book (Please Read)
To keep our home safe, compliant, and consistent for all guests, please review the following:
• All guests must sign a rental usage agreement that outlines the terms of the stay.
• You’ll complete guest verification through our trusted third-party partner, Truvi, before arrival. They’ll reach out via email or text—please complete this to ensure a smooth check-in.
• A damage deposit authorization (up to $/£500) is required through Truvi and includes a small service fee.
• As of May 2025, the $400 mid-stay & checkout cleaning fee is included in your reservation total. Stays longer than 30 days require bi-weekly cleanings, coordinated by Nonpareil Stays at a convenient time. Additional cleaning fees are the guest’s responsibility and will be handled via the Resolution Center.
• Pet fee for 30-night stays is $4/night or $120/month.
• Any personal items left behind can be returned for a $50 convenience fee (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• Commercial photography or videography is NOT allowed anywhere on the property without the host’s prior written consent. This includes social media subscriber content.
Guest access
Enter through the gate to the guest house, located just off the street. You will be given a unique code to self-check in. Street parking is free, safe, and always available.
