Description
Beautiful 1914 Craftsman style house located in quaint Larchmont Village. Our home sits on a block along with 10 other craftsman homes. Close and a 15min walk to the main boulevard that remains one of the last sweet neighborhood shopping and eatery streets in Los Angeles. Centrally located and just around the corner from Paramount & Rally Studios. Hollywood Blvd and other famous attractions are about one mile away...The Walk of Stars, Chinese Mann Theater, The Dome movie theater and much more.
The space
This 4000sq ft home has a lot of charm and has been meticulously maintained and updated for comfort. Fully equipped with everything you may need to make you feel at home. The second floor has three bedrooms and bathroom w/shower. The first floor has one bedroom along with a den and original hidden full size pull out bed. The main bathroom has a clawfoot tub. There is full laundry room off of the kitchen. The driveway has a convenient circular drive for easy in and out. TV and high speed wireless internet throughout the house.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except the back tenant area and yard that is separated by a seven foot fence and says Private.
Other things to note
Behind the house lives a woman and her little dog. Their part of the back yard is completely sectioned off by large redwood fencing and none of the rest of the home has shared spacing. She parks her car in the straight part of the driveway, while guests have use to the circular driveway.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
- Guests will enjoy a welcome package from Nonpareil Stays upon arrival filled with mineral water, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, granola bars along with Lifeboost coffee.
- Any stay over 30 days requires a mid-stay clean. Cleaning will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and will be invoiced separately.
- Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
- Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.

Free driveway parking on premises – 2 spaces
Pretty much as described in the listing. Patricia / hosts were responsive and helpful. Having said that this was not one of my favorite Airbnbs. The house is generally very dark even in the day. The kitchen is very awkward and difficult to use with virtually no counter space. One bathroom is so tiny you can’t fit any toiletries and the other one has a toilet that clogs constantly. The master bedroom is kind of under furnished as well. Also the location is on a primary street with quite a lot of traffic. Having said that the house is very classic and charming and centrally located. Well stocked, roomy, great washer/dryer, needed instructions for TV. Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful house with many charms. Spacious yet cozy. Great hosts and would highly recommend. Patrick

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable home. This craftsman home is beautiful, inside and out. Patricia and the co/hosts were communicative and responsive. We loved our time at their home.
